Formerly known as A.M. Abdulrazak with headquarters in Mtwara, the southern part of Tanzania. It all began in 1957 as a small business with only one outlet operated by Mr. Mohamed Abdulrazak, who gradually developed as the largest and best-known wholesaler of Mtwara.

A major expansion program was nurtured in 2008, which culminated in the company changing its name to Wadsworth Distributors (T) Limited and moving its headquarters to Dar es Salaam.

The company now has 10 active branches in Tanzania, with 280+ workers directly employed and 103 running vehicles. In distribution, the company has made a remarkable name and is currently working with several local and international manufacturers with a goal of ensuring availability of products across Tanzania through its distribution network.
